In Snow Leopard it is possible to switch Quick Look’s focus between windows in Exposé by either hovering the mouse over a different window or by using the arrow keys.

Quick Look in Snow Leopard now supports previewing Adobe Illustrator CS4 files, making them much easier to identify. In Leopard, Quick Look would only show the Illustrator application icon.

In Snow Leopard, when you click on a document in the print queue application for the printer you are printing, it shows the document in Quick Look.
Also in Snow Leopard, the printer queue application is now auto-hidden by default.

If you invoke QuickLook when the item that you have selected is offscreen, the window will use the genie animation from the top or bottom of the screen, depending upon where the selected item is. I don’t remember this in Leopard, so I believe this is a new behavior in Snow Leopard.

Quick Look in Snow Leopard now lets you hit Option + Spacebar to enter a full-screen Quick Look preview of the selected item(s).
