Screen Sharing preserves your scrolling behavior
If you connect (from a machine running Lion) to a non-Lion machine using Screen Sharing, your scrollbar scrolling preferences are preserved. I.e. If you use the new iOS-style scrolling in Lion, scrollbars on the (non-Lion) remote machine use iOS-style scrolling as well.

Play iTunes from OS X's album art screensaver
If you use the album artwork screensaver, you can mouse over an album cover and a “play” icon will appear. Click it and a song from that album will play.

How to make the Library folder visible under OS X...
OS X Lion hides the ~/Library folder from view in an effort to prevent users from tampering with sensitive files or unwittingly tossing out their precious data. It’s easy to get to your user’s Library folder with a simple Go > Go to Folder command in Finder, then typing ~/Library. Navigate the Mac App Store via keyboard
You can switch between the Mac App Store’s main tabs like Featured, Top Charts, and Updates, as well as the search field, with fairly standard keyboard shortcuts. Featured is Command-1, Top Charts is Command-2, and so on. If you need to search, the generally system-wide Command-F shortcut gets you there quickly.
