Bodega is a Mac software browser and update utility. For a while it has been able to find updates for the third-party apps you have installed, but after a recent update, it can now install many updates for Sparkle-enabled apps.
I really like AppFresh as well. Bodega's nice if you want a one-stop-shop, though, since you can browse new software *and* update your existing software. In some ways it's kind of a free version of MacUpdate's desktop client, cept with more style.
