For those of us composing emails in two (or more) languages, Snow Leopard offers spelling and grammar checking based on automatic recognition of the language you are currently typing in. Now you can forget the CNTL+SHIFT+; shortcut that gets you to the Spelling and Grammar Checking floating palette.
